China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (China Env Tec) reported no changes to its share capital structure for July 2026, according to its Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 August 2026.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. • Issued share capital was unchanged at 342.70 million ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

Public Float Compliance The company confirmed that it satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25% as at 31 July 2026.

Equity-Linked Securities • Share Option Scheme: 10.81 million options were outstanding, with no options exercised or cancelled during the month. • Convertible Bonds due 2024: The outstanding principal remained USD 1.20 million, convertible into up to 18.72 million shares at an exercise price of USD 0.50. No conversions occurred in July.

Capital-Raising Activity China Env Tec raised no funds in July, as there were no new share issuances, treasury-share transactions, warrant exercises, or other equity movements.

Overall, the company’s capital structure and share count were static through the end of July 2026, reflecting continued stability in its equity base while maintaining regulatory compliance on public float.
