Antengene Repurchases 23,000 Shares, Lifts Treasury Holding to 803,000

Antengene Corporation Limited (ANTENGENE-B) disclosed a repurchase of 23,000 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought back on-market at prices ranging between HKD 4.30 and HKD 4.33, translating to a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HKD 4.3207 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.10 million. The transaction represents 0.0034 % of Antengene’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of the previous trading day.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share count declined from 678.67 million to 678.64 million shares, while treasury shares increased from 780,000 to 803,000. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 679.45 million.

The purchase forms part of the mandate approved on 10 June 2026 authorising Antengene to repurchase up to 67.92 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 600,500 shares, or 0.0884 % of the issued share base on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or transfers of treasury shares is in effect until 13 August 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing requirements.
