King's Stone appoints Zhang Yangguang as Chief Financial Officer, effective 10 April 2026

King's Stone Holdings Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Zhang Yangguang, aged 40, as Chief Financial Officer, effective 10 April 2026.

Mr. Zhang brings more than 17 years of experience in financial management and capital markets. Most recently, he served as vice president, director and board secretary of Guizhou Hisun Lithium Energy Technology Co., Ltd. from August 2021 to February 2026, overseeing investment and financing, finance, procurement and legal functions. Prior senior finance roles include positions at Shenzhen iCarbonX Co., Ltd. and Farasis Energy (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd., as well as audit management posts at Friedman LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP, where he handled listed-company audits and IPO engagements.

Mr. Zhang holds an MBA and dual bachelor’s degrees in Information Management & Information Systems and Business English from Jilin University. Professional qualifications include non-practising membership of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, completion of the U.S. CPA examinations, Shanghai Stock Exchange board-secretary certification, and fund and securities practitioner licences in the PRC.

The Board, chaired by Mr. He Xin and comprising three executive and three independent non-executive directors, extended its warm welcome to Mr. Zhang upon his appointment announced in Hong Kong on 10 April 2026.
