CHANGAN RH (08139) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting and will not be reappointed. Based on the selection outcome reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors and the company's Audit Committee, it is proposed to appoint Guowei Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor.
