New Silkroad Holding Group Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.newsilkroad472.com) and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the online version may request printed copies free of charge. To obtain hard copies of the current or all future corporate communications, shareholders should complete the enclosed Request Form and send it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label or via email at newsilkroad472-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery must provide a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid address is supplied, the company will continue dispatching printed notices of publication.
