LC Logistics (02490) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, showing a significant boost in profitability despite a slight dip in overall revenue.

The group recorded revenue of RMB 885 million, representing a year-on-year decrease of 2.24%. However, profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company surged by 42.89% to RMB 159 million, with earnings per share reaching RMB 0.28.

During the reporting period, the group primarily delivered cross-border logistics services to global destinations through third-party shipping companies. The volume of cross-border shipping services provided by third parties totaled 183,519 TEUs, reflecting a 6.9% decline compared to the 197,195 TEUs recorded in the same period of 2025. This decrease was mainly driven by intensified market competition during the period.

The average price per TEU for third-party cross-border shipping rose from approximately RMB 3,774.9 in the first half of 2025 to around RMB 4,071.8 in the current period, primarily due to higher market freight rates.

In this period, the group's self-operated cross-border logistics services focused on breakbulk cargo transportation along routes connecting China and Africa. These self-operated services accounted for approximately 5.0% of total cross-border logistics service revenue. For the six months ended June 30, 2026, the self-operated cross-border shipping volume reached 51,851 revenue tons, with an average price of RMB 827.0 per revenue ton.
