ADICON Holdings Limited announced that the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has confirmed the eligibility of Mr. WANG Lawrence Allen to serve as company secretary after the initial waiver period ending 29 June 2026. Consequently, no further waiver under Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17 is required. Although Mr. Wang now meets all regulatory requirements, the Board will maintain a dual–company-secretary structure to uphold corporate-governance standards.

Separately, Ms. SO Ka Man will resign as joint company secretary, effective 25 August 2026, citing personal work arrangements. She confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters needing Shareholder or Stock Exchange attention. The Board expressed appreciation for her contribution.

Effective the same date, the Board has appointed Ms. LEE Lai Wah as joint company secretary. Ms. Lee, currently a manager of company-secretarial services at Tricor Services Limited, holds a master’s degree in Corporate Governance (Hong Kong Polytechnic University, 2021) and is an associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute.

The announcement was approved by Chairwoman Ms. YANG Ling and issued in Hong Kong on 25 August 2026.
