Aligned with the expansion of Hong Kong’s paperless listing regime, the company confirmed formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications under Listing Rule 2.07A. This covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms, which will henceforth be provided online in lieu of printed copies.
