SANBASE CORP’s March 2026 Monthly Return Shows Stable Capital Structure and Sufficient Public Float

Hong Kong-listed SANBASE CORPORATION LIMITED (SANBASE CORP) submitted its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood firm at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.001 each, equivalent to USD 5.00 million.

Issued share capital was steady at 200.00 million ordinary shares, and the firm continued to hold zero treasury shares. No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled in March, resulting in no change to the total number of shares outstanding.

SANBASE CORP affirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 March 2026.

The Share Option Scheme adopted on 8 December 2017 recorded no outstanding options, and there were no option exercises, grants, lapses, or transfers during the month. The company also reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments in issue.
