China General Education Group Limited (abbrev. CH GENERAL EDU) announced that its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 25 August 2026 approved the company’s name change to “Trillion Holding Group Limited” with the Chinese name “万艺控股集团有限公司” adopted as a dual foreign name.

The sole special resolution won unanimous backing: all 30.05 million votes cast—representing 5.94% of the 505.52 million issued shares—were in favour, comfortably surpassing the 75% approval threshold required for a special resolution. No votes were cast against the proposal, and no shareholders were required to abstain under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

All board directors participated in the meeting in person or via electronic means. Vote tallying was overseen by Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong share registrar and transfer office.

The approved rebranding marks the latest corporate development for CH GENERAL EDU, which remains incorporated in the Cayman Islands. The board is chaired by Zhang Zhiwei and comprises three executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
