TONTINE WINES Schedules 31 Aug 2026 Board Meeting for Interim Results; Share Trading Remains Halted Pending Takeover Announcement

China Tontine Wines Group Limited (“TONTINE WINES”) will convene a board meeting on 31 August 2026 to review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to consider any declaration of an interim dividend.

Trading in TONTINE WINES’ shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has been halted since 9:00 a.m. on 7 August 2026. The suspension follows the company’s intention to release a takeover announcement in accordance with the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers. The halt will remain in effect until further notice.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—Mr. Sun Jialiang (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Mr. Huang Chuwu, and Mr. Qiu Ziwei—three non-executive directors—Mr. Li Jerry Y., Mr. Zhu Minghui, and Mr. Guo Yuxin—and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Li Liang, Ms. Lui Mei Ka, and Mr. Chan Wai Kit.
