CGN Power Co., Ltd. (CGN Power) has completed the issuance of its fifth and sixth tranches of medium-term notes (MTNs) for 2026, securing a combined RMB2.00 billion in the onshore interbank debenture market.
Both tranches carry identical terms: a par value of RMB100, a five-year tenor, and a fixed coupon of 1.70%. Interest accrues from 25 August 2026 with maturity set for 25 August 2031.
• Tranche 5: RMB1.00 billion, bookrunner Bank of China Limited • Tranche 6: RMB1.00 billion, bookrunner China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd.
Proceeds will be applied to repay borrowings of CGN Power’s subsidiaries, in line with the company’s registered multi-denominated debt programme approved by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors in September 2025.
