Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Limited (KAISA PROSPER) has released its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, indicating no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.
The authorised share capital remained at 500.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing HKD 5.00 million in nominal value.
Issued share capital also stayed unchanged at 154.11 million ordinary shares, and the company reported zero treasury shares. Consequently, no new shares were issued, repurchased or cancelled in March.
