Nanhua Futures Repurchases 130,000 H Shares, Taking 1.03% of Authorised Buy-Back Quota

On 24 August 2026, Nanhua Futures Co., Ltd. executed an on-market buy-back of 130,000 H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 0.85 million. The purchase price ranged between HKD 6.48 and HKD 6.57 per share, giving a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 6.52.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.08% to 155.00 million shares, while treasury share holdings rose to 1.11 million shares. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 156.11 million.

The repurchase was made under the mandate approved on 16 July 2026, which permits the company to buy back up to 10.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases now stand at 1.11 million shares, representing 1.03% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving roughly 9.66 million shares—about 89.7% of the authorisation—still available.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Nanhua Futures is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 September 2026.
