VITASOY INT'L repurchases 128,000 shares for HKD 0.83 million under new buy-back mandate

VITASOY INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (VITASOY INT'L) disclosed that it bought back 128,000 ordinary shares on 25 August 2026 through the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 6.405 to HKD 6.500, representing a volume-weighted average cost of approximately HKD 6.45 per share and an aggregate consideration of about HKD 0.83 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.02 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. The buy-back equates to 0.0126 % of the shares outstanding before the transaction.

The repurchase was made under a mandate approved by shareholders on 24 August 2026, which authorises VITASOY INT'L to buy back up to 101.76 million shares. The shares acquired on 25 August represent roughly 0.13 % of this mandate.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 September 2026.
