CARsgen Therapeutics Holdings Limited (CARsgen) disclosed updated results from two investigator-initiated studies at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Congress, underscoring progress in its allogeneic chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) pipeline.

The poster presentations covered: 1) CT0596 – an allogeneic BCMA-targeted CAR-T therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM) and primary plasma cell leukemia (PCL). The first-in-human study highlighted “preliminary favorable tolerability and encouraging efficacy signals.” CARsgen intends to launch Phase Ib trials in 2026 to further evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics and anti-tumor activity in R/R MM and PCL.

2) CT1190B – an allogeneic, dual-target CD19/CD20 CAR-T therapy for relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (R/R B-NHL). Interim data from ongoing investigator-initiated trials were presented, with a Phase Ib program also scheduled for 2026.

Both candidates were developed on CARsgen’s proprietary THANK-u Plus™ platform, designed to enhance manufacturing scalability as well as product consistency.

Management reiterated the company’s broader strategy to leverage its end-to-end CAR-T capabilities—spanning target discovery through commercial-scale production—to address hematologic malignancies, solid tumors and autoimmune diseases.

Regulatory caution was noted: future development, approval and commercialization of CT0596 and CT1190B are not guaranteed, and shareholders are advised to consider associated risks when dealing in CARSGEN-B shares.
