Star Shine Holdings Group Limited announced that Executive Director Larry Stuart Torchin has tendered his resignation, effective 13 April 2026, citing retirement as the reason for his departure.
The company confirmed that Torchin has no disagreements with the board and that no matters related to his resignation require the attention of shareholders. The board expressed appreciation for Torchin’s contributions during his tenure.
Following the change, the board will comprise three executive directors—Tsoi Wing Sing (Chairman), Lin Minqiang, and Tsoi Lam Ki—and three independent non-executive directors—Chow Kit Ting, Dr. Chiu Kwok Hung Justin, and Mak Ming Hoi.
