Honor Matrix Completes Corporate Rebranding; New Stock Short Name Effective 24 July 2026

Honor Matrix Holdings Limited, formerly known as Almana Limited, has formally adopted its new corporate identity following shareholder approval at the special general meeting on 28 May 2026.

The English name has been changed from “Almana Limited” to “Honor Matrix Holdings Limited”, while the Chinese name has been updated from “曼妠有限公司” to “浩盟控股有限公司”. The Bermuda Registry of Companies issued the Certificate of Change of Name and Certificate of Secondary Name on 26 June 2026; Hong Kong’s Companies Registry registered the new names on 14 July 2026 under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622).

Trading arrangements on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong will reflect the rebranding from 09:00 a.m. on 24 July 2026. The stock short name will change to “HONOR MATRIX” in English and “浩盟控股” in Chinese, while the stock code remains “8186”. Existing share certificates bearing the former name and logo will stay valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery, and there will be no exchange of certificates. New share certificates issued thereafter will display the updated corporate name.

The board confirmed that the rebranding does not affect shareholder rights, daily operations or the financial position of the group. The announcement was authorised by Co-Chairman and Executive Director Mr Cheung Chi Wing on behalf of the board on 21 July 2026.
