7Road repurchases 14.40 million shares for HK$16.74 million; 209.01 million shares bought back since May mandate

7Road Holdings Limited reported that it bought back 14.40 million ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HK$1.15–1.17 per share, paying a total of HK$16.74 million.

The latest transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 2.75 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Including the 14.40 million shares acquired on 10 July, 7Road has repurchased 209.01 million shares under the buy-back mandate approved on 26 May 2026, representing 7.61 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date.

The mandate authorises repurchases of up to 274.77 million shares; after the latest transaction, approximately 65.77 million shares—about 23.94 % of the mandate—remain available for future buybacks.

All repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales runs until 9 August 2026.
