Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (HYGEIA HEALTH) reported a share buyback executed on 13 April 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The company repurchased 247,400 ordinary shares on-market at prices between HK$12.07 and HK$12.15, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HK$12.1189 per share and a total outlay of HK$2.998 million.
Following the transaction, the number of issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) fell by 0.04% to 615.19 million. Treasury shares rose to 3.31 million, while total issued capital remained unchanged at 618.50 million.
The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 27 June 2025 that allows the company to buy back up to 61.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 3.31 million shares, or 0.54% of the share count on the mandate date, leaving 58.54 million shares still available for potential repurchase.
Pursuant to listing rules, HYGEIA HEALTH is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 13 May 2026.
