Hanvey Group Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental notice ahead of its 2026 annual general meeting, requesting shareholder approval to re-appoint Confucius International CPA Limited as external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The Audit Committee has reviewed the proposal and recommended the re-appointment to the Board, citing the auditor’s familiarity with the Group’s operations and the alignment of timing and resources for the forthcoming audit cycle.

Management estimates the audit fee for 2026 will range between HK$550,000 and HK$650,000, exclusive of out-of-pocket expenses. The fee band assumes no material change in audit scope versus the procedures performed on the Group’s FY2025 consolidated financial statements.

In determining the proposed remuneration, the Board considered historical audit costs, prevailing market rates, the Group’s business complexity and plans, and circumstances known up to the latest practicable date. The Board views the fee range as fair, reasonable and in the collective interests of shareholders.

All other information contained in the original AGM circular dated 5 May 2026 remains unchanged.
