DevGreat Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of the 22 May 2026 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) circular, the notice of AGM and the associated proxy form have been uploaded to the company website (www.devgreatgroup.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are entitled to choose between:

1. Accessing all corporate communications electronically via the company website and receiving an email alert when new documents are posted; 2. Receiving printed copies in English only, Chinese only or both languages; or 3. Continuing with their current preference.

Printed copies of the current documents are available free of charge upon request by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). Shareholders posting the form locally are not required to affix postage. The form can also be downloaded from the company’s or HKEXnews’ websites.

To ensure timely delivery of electronic notifications, shareholders are encouraged to provide or update their email addresses via the Change Request Form or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com. Any change of communication preference requires written notice to the registrar.
