Hebei Haiwei names Xu Haiqiang Chief Financial Officer as Sheng Zhixuan steps down from finance role

Hebei Haiwei Electronic New Material Technology Co., Ltd. announced a leadership change in its finance function, effective 25 August 2026. Mr. Sheng Zhixuan has relinquished the position of Chief Financial Officer to focus on corporate governance, Listing Rules compliance and internal control responsibilities. He remains an executive director, secretary to the Board and joint company secretary.

The Board has appointed Mr. Xu Haiqiang, aged 37, as the new Chief Financial Officer. A certified public accountant in the People’s Republic of China, Mr. Xu joins the company after a 14-year tenure at Moore Da Hua Certified Public Accountants, where he most recently served as audit manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Shanxi University and has been a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2016.

The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Sheng for his contributions as CFO and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Xu in his new role.
