Almana Limited, incorporated in Bermuda and listed in Hong Kong, released an updated “List of Directors and Their Roles and Functions” dated 13 April 2026.

The board now comprises four executive directors—Co-Chairmen Cheung Chi Wing and Jin Guangwu, together with Chan Ho Yee and Li Sha—and three independent non-executive directors (INEDs): Hon Ming Sang, Huang Zhe and Shen Leyuan.
