KINGWORLD Reports No Changes in Share Capital for May 2026, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

Kingworld Medicines Group Limited (KINGWORLD) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the month ended 31 May 2026, confirming a stable share-capital position and full compliance with public-float requirements.

The company’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital also held steady at 622.50 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares on record.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued, exercised, converted, or cancelled during the month. Similarly, there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or other movements affecting the company’s share count.

KINGWORLD affirmed that its public float exceeds the Main Board’s minimum 25% threshold, satisfying Rule 13.32D(1). The declaration was authorised by Director Zhou Xuhua and submitted on 1 June 2026.

With no equity activities recorded in May, KINGWORLD’s capital structure and share base remain unchanged heading into June 2026.
