Hygeia Healthcare Repurchases 575,000 Shares for HK$5.00 Million, Treasury Stock Rises to 10.24 Million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (Hygeia Healthcare) reported a share buyback executed on 18 June 2026 under its existing repurchase mandate. The company acquired 575,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$8.56 to HK$8.80, translating to a volume-weighted average cost of HK$8.69 per share. The aggregate consideration was approximately HK$5.00 million.

The repurchased shares represent 0.0944% of Hygeia Healthcare’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction. Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share count fell from 608.83 million to 608.26 million, while treasury shares increased from 9.67 million to 10.24 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 618.50 million.

The transaction utilised Hygeia Healthcare’s repurchase authority approved on 27 June 2025, which permits the repurchase of up to 61.85 million shares. With 10.24 million shares now held in treasury, the company has used 16.56% of that mandate.

All 575,000 shares acquired will be retained as treasury shares; no cancellations have been effected. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury share disposals until 18 July 2026.
