Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited reported a share buy-back on 24 July 2026, repurchasing 201,600 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 9.87 and HKD 9.99 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.916. The total consideration amounted to approximately HKD 2.00 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 605.85 million, down 0.03% from 606.05 million as at 23 July 2026. Treasury shares increased to 12.65 million, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 618.50 million.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative buy-backs under this mandate now total 1.89 million shares, representing 0.31% of the share base on the mandate date. All repurchased shares to date, including the latest batch, are held as treasury shares and have not been cancelled.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 August 2026.
