7Road Redeems 13.70 Million Shares; Cumulative Buy-Back Under 2026 Mandate Hits 222.70 Million (8.10% of Share Capital)

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 13 July 2026 that it repurchased 13.70 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the same day. The on-market purchases were executed at prices between HK$1.12 and HK$1.14, costing HK$15.58 million in aggregate. All shares bought are designated for cancellation.

The company’s issued share capital remained at 2.75 billion shares as of 13 July 2026 because the repurchased shares had not yet been cancelled. Since the current repurchase mandate was approved on 26 May 2026, 7Road has acquired 222.70 million shares on-market, equivalent to 8.10% of the outstanding shares on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in force until 12 August 2026.

Including buy-backs conducted between 18 May and 13 July that are still awaiting cancellation, the company holds 227.40 million shares (approximately 8.28% of current issued shares) pending removal from its register. Purchase prices across the 31 transactions ranged from HK$0.55 to HK$1.19 per share.

The board confirmed that all repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and that all regulatory and corporate approvals have been satisfied.
