Fineland Living Services Group Limited disclosed that Lexin (Hong Kong) Investment Company Limited acquired 1.44 million shares on 31 July 2026 at an average price of HK$1.4199 per share. The transaction, valued at approximately HK$2.04 million, was reported under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers amid an ongoing mandatory general offer.

Following the purchase, Lexin (Hong Kong) Investment’s stake in Fineland Living rose to 25.24 million shares, equivalent to 6.31% of the company’s issued share capital. The shares were bought for Lexin (Hong Kong) Investment’s own account. The investor, categorized as a Class (6) associate connected to the offeree company, is ultimately owned by Li Yepeng.

The disclosure marks Lexin (Hong Kong) Investment’s latest move in the mandatory offer process, providing the market with updated visibility on shareholding changes within Fineland Living.
