MINSHENG EDU (01569) has released its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, recording a revenue of RMB 883 million, down 1.32% year-on-year. The loss attributable to shareholders of the parent company stood at RMB 5.486 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 34.63%, with a basic loss per share of RMB 0.0013.

The group's revenue primarily derives from providing campus-based education and online education services to students and users. The decrease in total revenue during the reporting period was mainly attributed to a decline in the online education segment, impacted by prevailing market conditions.

As of June 30, 2026, the group operates or manages a total of 10 schools across Chongqing, Shandong, Yunnan, and Inner Mongolia, encompassing seven higher education institutions, two secondary vocational schools, and one high school. The total student enrollment approaches 100,000, including over 65,000 full-time undergraduate students.
