Famous Tech International Holdings Limited (08100.HK) expects to post a net profit of approximately HK$5.40 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025), down 25.00% from the HK$7.20 million recorded in FY2024, according to its latest unaudited update filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 13 March 2026.

Key operating drivers:

1. Software business • Segment profit: HK$18.70 million (FY2024: HK$19.80 million). • Year-on-year decline reflects softer margin contribution.

2. Securities investment business • Segment profit: HK$10.80 million (FY2024: HK$5.20 million). • Boosted by realised and unrealised gains on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss of HK$10.70 million (FY2024: HK$5.00 million).

3. Corporate management solutions & IT contract services • Segment loss: HK$5.60 million, reversing from a HK$0.40 million profit a year earlier. • The downturn was largely driven by intense industry competition and an HK$4.10 million impairment of goodwill.

4. B2C online sales platform & B2B product trading • Segment loss narrowed slightly to HK$0.90 million (FY2024: HK$1.00 million).

5. Corporate expenses • Group-level costs increased to HK$15.50 million (FY2024: HK$14.80 million), weighing on overall profitability.

Management cautions that the figures are based on preliminary unaudited data and may be adjusted upon completion of the FY2025 annual results, which will be released in due course. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
