China Netcom Tech Reports Stable Capital Structure in July 2026 Monthly Return

China Netcom Technology Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that there were no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The authorised share capital remained at HKD 110.00 million, comprising: • 400.00 million ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.25, representing HKD 100.00 million; and • 2.00 billion non-redeemable convertible preference shares at a par value of HKD 0.005, representing HKD 10.00 million.

Issued ordinary shares were unchanged at 93.72 million. No treasury shares were held, and the company confirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement under GEM Rule 17.37D(1).

The filing also noted that there were no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other agreements that could dilute the share capital, and no other share movements occurred during the month.

The return was signed by Company Secretary Tsang Sin Man and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.
