Hygeia Healthcare buys back 241,000 shares for HK$3.00 million, treasury stock increases to 3.55 million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited repurchased 241,000 ordinary shares on 16 April 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HK$3.00 million at prices between HK$12.41 and HK$12.50 per share, equivalent to a volume-weighted average of HK$12.44.

Following the buy-back, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.04% to 614.95 million, while treasury shares rose to 3.55 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 618.50 million.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 61.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now stand at 3.55 million shares, representing 0.57% of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

All 241,000 shares acquired will be held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. Under Hong Kong listing rules, Hygeia Healthcare is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 16 May 2026.
