Kaisa Health outlines shift to electronic delivery of corporate documents; Special General Meeting materials now online

Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited released a shareholder notice dated 30 July 2026 confirming the publication of the circular and proxy form for its forthcoming Special General Meeting (SGM). Both English and Chinese versions of these materials are now accessible on the company website (www.kaisahealth.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice highlights three operational changes:

1. Electronic dissemination policy • Pursuant to Listing Rule 2.07, Kaisa Health will distribute all future corporate communications exclusively via its website and HKEXnews, replacing hard-copy mailings. • Shareholders will receive publication alerts by post or e-mail, depending on the contact preference on record. • “Actionable Corporate Communications”—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will continue to be dispatched individually in either printed or e-mail form, in addition to online availability.

2. Solicitation of shareholder e-mail addresses • Investors are encouraged to provide a functional e-mail by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Absence of a valid e-mail will require shareholders to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites proactively; meanwhile, the company will default to hard-copy delivery for any actionable materials.

3. Optional continuation of printed copies • Shareholders preferring physical documents can request printed versions by e-mailing ada@kaisahealth.com or submitting the reply form. • Such requests remain valid for one year from the date of receipt.

Kaisa Health reiterates that printed copies of the current SGM circular and proxy form have already been enclosed for shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy communication. For further enquiries, investors may contact the company via the designated e-mail address. The notice is issued under the authority of Chairman Kwok Ying Shing.
