New Silkroad Holding Group Limited filed its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital were unchanged during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • Total authorised shares remained at 16.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 160.00 million.

Issued Share Capital • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 3.21 billion. • Treasury shares: none. • No shares were issued, cancelled, repurchased or transferred, resulting in a zero net change in both issued and treasury shares for the month.

Share Option Schemes • Two option tranches—36.31 million options (exercise price: HKD 2.0381) and 13.00 million options (exercise price: HKD 2.00)—remained outstanding. • No options were exercised; therefore, no new shares were issued and no funds were raised via option exercises.

Public Float Compliance • The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement as at 31 May 2026.

Governance Confirmation • The submission was authorised by Company Secretary Wong Tik Man, with the issuer affirming adherence to all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
