Baijuyi Holdings Group Limited announced the latest structure of its Board of Directors and the corresponding committee appointments.

Non-executive Director • Ng Ting Ho serves as Chairman of the Board.

Executive Director • Fong Chak Kiu holds the executive seat on the Board.

Independent Non-executive Directors • Wong Siu Keung (Joe) • Chan Ming Kit • Tong Hin Sum (Paul) • Sun Xiao

Committee Leadership and Memberships Audit Committee: chaired by Wong Siu Keung, with Chan Ming Kit and Tong Hin Sum serving as members. Remuneration Committee: chaired by Wong Siu Keung, with Chan Ming Kit and Tong Hin Sum as members. Nomination Committee: chaired by Wong Siu Keung, with Chan Ming Kit and Tong Hin Sum as members; Sun Xiao is an additional committee member.
