7Road Holdings Limited disclosed a fresh on-market share repurchase of 9.43 million ordinary shares on 6 July 2026, paying an aggregate HK$11.20 million. The shares were bought within a price range of HK$1.18–HK$1.19 per share and are earmarked for cancellation.

The latest transaction represents 0.34% of 7Road’s 2.75 billion issued shares. Including this purchase, the company has repurchased 166.97 million shares since the 26 May 2026 general mandate, utilising 6.08% of its 274.77 million-share authorisation.

All repurchased shares remain outstanding until formal cancellation; consequently, the issued share count stands unchanged at 2.75 billion as of 6 July 2026. In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, a 30-day moratorium restricts 7Road from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 5 August 2026.

The filing corrects previously reported figures for the 22 May and 26 May repurchases but does not alter cumulative totals. Confirmation statements within the disclosure affirm full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and applicable legal requirements.
