MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. announced on Aug, 25 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, MoneyMax Treasure Pte. Ltd., has issued its sixth series of unsecured commercial paper as digital security tokens under the group’s 200 million Singapore dollars programme. The Series 006 Notes, guaranteed by MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd., carry a coupon of 3.50% per annum and mature three months from the issue date.

The issuer expects to raise between 50 million Singapore dollars and 80 million Singapore dollars from the Series 006 Notes, which will be offered to accredited and institutional investors and listed on the ADDX Exchange. The company said it will release further updates if there are any material developments related to the programme.
