H&H INTL HLDG (01112) shares opened sharply higher, surging over 13% following the release of its interim results. As of the time of writing, the stock was trading up 13.42% at HK$16.82, with a turnover of HK$4.21 million.

On August 25, the company announced its 2026 interim financial results, reporting a revenue of approximately RMB 8.696 billion, a year-on-year increase of 23.9%. Net profit reached around RMB 611 million, a significant surge of approximately 7.6 times compared to the same period last year, with earnings per share of RMB 0.95.

The company attributed the revenue growth to the robust performance across all its business divisions, including adult nutrition and care products, infant nutrition and care products, and pet nutrition and care products. Revenue from mainland China rose by 30.9% year-on-year, solidifying its position as the group's largest market, which accounted for 74.3% of the group's total revenue, up from 70.3% in the corresponding period last year.

The gross profit margin expanded from 62.5% in the first half of 2025 to 65.4% in the first half of 2026. This improvement was driven by operating leverage benefits, a premiumised product mix, and optimised supply chain management, which collectively contributed to the increased gross margins across all three business segments.
