Hygeia Healthcare buys back 165,000 shares, treasury stock expands to 3.96 million

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 165,000 ordinary shares on 21 April 2026, paying between HK$12.08 and HK$12.14 per share. The transaction cost totalled HK$1.9997 million, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$12.12 per share.

Following the buyback, Hygeia Healthcare’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.03 % to 614.53 million shares, while treasury share holdings rose to 3.96 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.

The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 61.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.96 million shares, representing 0.64 % of the company’s issued share base at the time the mandate was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Hygeia Healthcare is restricted from issuing, selling or transferring new or existing treasury shares until 21 May 2026.
