Elate Holdings Limited announced a significant earnings turnaround for the six months ended 30 June 2026, forecasting a net profit attributable to owners of approximately US$41.10 million. This compares with a net loss of US$15.10 million in the corresponding period of 2025.
Management attributes the rebound chiefly to a fair value gain on cryptocurrencies of about US$38.80 million and the absence of the US$19.10 million fair value loss on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss that weighed on results a year earlier.
The figures are based on the Group’s latest unaudited management accounts and remain subject to finalisation and auditor review. Elate Holdings plans to release its full interim results on 31 August 2026.
The board advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution in dealing in the company’s shares until the confirmed interim results are published.
