Gross profit climbed to around HK$409 million, up 152.0% year-on-year. Net profit attributable to company shareholders reached HK$290 million, representing a staggering 498.4% surge from the prior year's corresponding period. Basic earnings per share stood at 63.35 HK cents, with an interim dividend of 5 HK cents per share declared.
According to the official announcement, the revenue expansion was primarily driven by heightened sales in memory chips and edge-based AI SoC products. During the first six months of 2026, the memory business unit maintained close collaborative ties with multiple globally renowned memory chip manufacturers. By capitalizing on the memory chip super-cycle opportunity, the segment achieved breakthrough growth, amassing sales of HK$3.6613 billion—a phenomenal 561.4% year-on-year increase that propelled the group's overall revenue to new heights.
Benefiting from the rapid expansion of the AI SoC market and the company's persistent cultivation of emerging sectors, the intelligent terminal business unit generated sales of HK$2.5587 billion, marking a solid 35.0% growth. This performance underscores robust market competitiveness and operational resilience.
Throughout the first half of 2026, the group deepened its strategic focus on the AI technology theme, coordinating efforts across four core business segments: memory chips, intelligent terminals, computing infrastructure, and hybrid distribution. Fueled by the explosive growth of its memory chip operations, the group achieved a leapfrog improvement in overall performance, with every business unit reporting significant year-on-year gains. Notably, the memory chip segment stood out, rapidly increasing its share of the group's total revenue.
