Star Shine Holdings Group Limited (the “Group”) has named Mr. Lian Xiongwei as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) and member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees, with the appointment taking effect on 22 May 2026.

Lian, aged 50, brings more than 25 years of experience in software development, outsourcing services and large-scale computing-power centre management. He currently serves as Vice President of Agencia Commercial Spirits Ltd (NASDAQ: AGCC) and has previously held senior roles at Beijing Mingwei Yinuo Technology, State Grid Siji Ziguang (Qingdao) Cloud Digital Technology, Beijing Delixunda Technology, Centrin Data Systems Group and DGS Services (Shenzhen).

Under the appointment letter, Lian will serve an initial three-year term subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at annual general meetings. Either party may terminate the agreement with at least three months’ written notice. Annual remuneration is set at HK$0.12 million, reflecting market conditions and responsibilities; the amount will be reviewed annually by the remuneration committee and the board.

The board confirmed Lian’s independence under Rule 3.13 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. He holds no interests in the Group’s shares, has no relationships with existing directors or major shareholders and meets all other independence requirements.

Following the appointment, Star Shine’s board comprises three executive directors—Mr. Tsoi Wing Sing, Mr. Lin Minqiang and Ms. Tsoi Lam Ki—and four INEDs—Mr. Chow Kit Ting, Dr. Chiu Kwok Hung Justin, Mr. Mak Ming Hoi and Mr. Lian Xiongwei.
