Conch Cement Buys Back 0.72 Million A-Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 36.88 Million

On 25 August 2026, Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement) executed an on-market repurchase of 0.72 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices ranging from RMB 17.54 to RMB 17.62 per share. The transaction cost totalled RMB 12.66 million.

Following the buy-back, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 3.94 billion, while treasury shares increased to 36.88 million. The repurchased shares represent 0.0183 % of the company’s prior issued share capital. All 0.72 million shares acquired have been retained as treasury shares, with none cancelled as of the reporting date.

Total issued share capital, including treasury shares, remains unchanged at 3.98 billion.
