GP Industries (G20) said shareholders approved every motion tabled at the company’s 31st annual general meeting held on Jul, 27 2026 in Singapore.

All 10 resolutions were passed by poll, including the adoption of the directors’ statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Mar, 31 2026.

Shareholders backed a final tax-exempt (1-tier) dividend of 1.75 Singapore cents per ordinary share, payable on Aug, 21 2026 to investors on record as of 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 7 2026.

Chairman Victor Lo, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer Waltery Law, and Non-Executive Independent Director Eric Yim were each re-elected to the board. Investors also endorsed directors’ fees of 0.431 million Singapore dollars for FY2026 and reappointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as external auditor.

A general mandate authorising the board to issue new shares or convertible instruments up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital—of which a maximum 20% may be issued on a non-pro-rata basis—received 99.93% approval. Shareholders renewed the authority for the company to repurchase up to 10% of its issued shares and extended the general mandate for interested-person transactions.

During the meeting, management highlighted FY2026 results and growth plans. The company reaffirmed its 30% stake in heatsink and liquid-cooling specialist Wisefull Technology, which booked about HKD1.2-1.3 billion in turnover and roughly HKD140 million net profit last year. GP Energy Tech International’s first nickel-zinc battery line began operations in Jan, 2026 with capacity of about 5 million units, scalable to 20 million units.

No other business was raised, and the meeting concluded at 4:43 p.m.
