ALMANA Announces Board Reshuffle: New Executive and Independent Directors Appointed

ALMANA (08186) has announced several changes to its board of directors, effective April 13, 2026. Ms. Li Sha has been appointed as an executive director. Mr. Shen Leyuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Peng Jingsi has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Han Mingsheng has been appointed as the chairman of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
