Sing Lee Software (Group) Limited (SING LEE) has released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, detailing progress on environmental metrics, workforce dynamics and governance practices for the year ended 31 December 2025.
Environmental performance • Greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions fell 17.17% year-on-year to 54.51 tCO₂e; GHG intensity dropped 31.25% to 0.11 tCO₂e per employee, meeting the company’s 2025 target. • Total energy consumption declined 12.89% to 123,688.69 kWh. Energy intensity was cut 27.32% to 246.88 kWh per employee. • Water use decreased to 500 m³, with intensity down 45.79% to 1.48 m³ per fixed-work employee. • Non-hazardous waste generation fell 25.81% to 30.55 kg, while waste intensity stayed flat at 0.06 kg per employee. • Air-pollutant intensities for NOx, SOx and PM all recorded single-digit percentage declines, despite higher absolute emissions linked to an expanded vehicle fleet.
New 2027 targets aim to keep per-employee intensities for air emissions, GHG, non-hazardous waste, energy and water at or below 2025 levels.
Social highlights • Headcount rose 19.86% to 501, driven mainly by operations in mainland China. • Turnover rate fell sharply to 33.99% from 63.65% in 2024, reflecting tighter retention. • No work-related fatalities were recorded for the third consecutive year, and no lost-day cases were reported in 2025. • Training coverage slipped to 7.58% of employees (2024: 18.66%), with average training hours marginally lower at 3.67 hours. Senior management received an average of 48.00 training hours. • The workforce gender mix was 59% male and 41% female; employees aged 31–50 accounted for 71.86% of the total.
Governance and supply chain • The Board retains overall ESG oversight, supported by a cross-functional task force that meets at least annually. • Supplier count grew to 79 from 56, all located in mainland China; annual assessments cover pricing, quality, environmental and social compliance. • No incidents of non-compliance were reported across environmental, labour, product responsibility or anti-corruption regulations. • The company recorded zero product recalls, corruption cases or data-privacy breaches during the year.
Forward outlook SING LEE intends to strengthen stakeholder engagement, monitor emerging climate policies and maintain its focus on carbon-reduction, resource efficiency and responsible supply-chain practices while aligning with China’s long-term carbon-neutrality goals.
