HYGEIA HEALTH (Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited) released unaudited operating data for the five months ended 31 May 2026, highlighting steady volume growth and an expanding mix of high-value services.

For the reporting period, outpatient traffic reached 1.45 million, a 4.0% year-on-year increase. Total surgeries climbed 7.6% to 0.04 million, while higher-complexity level 3 and 4 procedures advanced 15.2% to 0.02 million, underscoring the Group’s focus on advanced treatment capabilities.

International medical services continued to gain traction. Several hospitals broadened their international offerings, geographic reach widened, and three additional floors of international wards were put into operation, contributing to a steady rise in overseas patient volume.

Management noted a strategic shift toward self-paid revenue streams, supported by commercial insurance, consumer medical services and international care. As a result, the share of medical-insurance-derived revenue has been declining, although the efficiency of insurance settlements has improved.

Cash generation remained solid. Interest-bearing liabilities fell further from the start of the year, capital expenditure moderated, and free cash flow is expected to strengthen, positioning the Group to enhance shareholder returns through disciplined capital allocation.

The disclosed figures are based on the company’s preliminary assessment and have not been audited or reviewed by its external auditor.
