Standard Chartered PLC has notified holders of its EUR1.00 billion 1.20 % Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 2031 (ISIN: XS2319954710) that it will exercise the issuer call option to redeem all outstanding notes on 23 September 2026.
The redemption will be executed at the Call Option Redemption Amount, together with all accrued but unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the redemption date, in line with Condition 5(d) of the notes’ terms and conditions.
Following settlement on 23 September 2026, the notes will be cancelled under Condition 5(i). Consequently, their listing on the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market will be withdrawn on or shortly after 24 September 2026.
