Carry Wealth Holdings Limited (CARRY WEALTH) has announced the appointment of Mr. Li Xiaoming as Executive Director, effective 30 June 2026.

The company has signed a three-year service contract with Mr. Li. Under the agreement, he will receive a fixed monthly director’s remuneration of HK$30,000. His tenure is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election in accordance with the Listing Rules and the company’s bye-laws.

Mr. Li, aged 43, holds a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from East China Institute of Technology (2006) and a master’s degree in materials physics and chemistry from Fuzhou University (2009). He enrolled in the EMBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in October 2024.

Professionally, Mr. Li has specialised in early- to mid-stage healthcare and biomedical venture capital, completing investments in more than 30 medical projects covering life sciences, biotechnology, AI healthcare, innovative drugs and novel medical devices. His corporate experience includes serving as deputy general manager at Guangdong Biolight Meditech Co., Ltd. (April 2009–September 2014) and holding multiple directorships within the healthcare sector. Since October 2014, he has been general manager and chairman of Shenzhen Yanghe Biomedicine Industry Investment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Li has confirmed compliance with all relevant requirements of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, holds no shares in Carry Wealth, and maintains no relationships with existing directors, senior management or major shareholders.
